Welcome to The Visionary Group, led by Nikki Greisl. With over 25 years of experience in leadership and business development, Nikki is dedicated to transforming leaders and their teams through personalized executive coaching and team-building strategies.

Nikki Greisl is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Care Alliance Services for the Indiana University Hospital system, Nikki also holds a secondary role as a certified professional coach. Her coaching journey began in 2003, and she has since become a recognized leader in both individual and group coaching.
